Our Slitter/Folder is fully computer controlled and can manufacture flashings and bend products up to 8 metres long. Material able to be folded includes Colorbond, Zincalume, galvanised aluminium, and stainless steel to name a few. Clients can be assured that their products are manufactured to exact standards due to the machines computer controlled features.
For precision cutting from a wide range of materials (NOT ONLY METAL) that can be precision detailed cuts on our eco-friendly water-jet machine that is powered by solar panels & uses only natural occurring abrasive (garnet).
Our machine accepts the Digital Export Files formats - .DXF, .DWG or CAD drawing.
We can cut up to 100mm thick plate.
Corro Cover Mount Plates address that all too common problem of no flat surface when mounting your fittings onto a corrugated walls, ceilings & roofs.
These plates can be used for Power Points, GPO, Switches, Lights & Lamps, Downlights, Ceiling Fans, Electrical Pipe, Vents, Taps, Nozzles, Water, Gas, Handles, Hooks, Smoke detectors & etc.
Corro Covers are available in Colorbond, Zincalume, Galvanised (Gal) and Stainless Steel.
